Apple Festival
Apple Festival is an annual huge event on campus, which is held on 13th and 14th October this year. There will be a lot of people, and apples, of course. There are products of apples (yummy apple pie, apple chips, apple juice etc.), apple trees and apples. Apple-tasting is highly recommended. During the half-hour session, we can taste more than thirty varieties of apples. If we are early enough, we might be able to secure bags of unique apples that are not commonly found in the market.
There is an entrance fee ($4) and an apple-tasting fee ($5). Fortunately, BEC member gets 50% discount.
We will meet at the UBC Botanical Garden gate on 13th October 2012, Saturday at 12pm.
